I did this hike on June 30th and went to the summit.  The summit elevation is 12,324 feet and my specific elevation gain was 2,854 feet.  The trail is 4.4 miles one way so I did 8.8 miles round trip to get back.  It took about 2:45 hours to get to the summit.  This was my first hike with the pictures being taken with my new Canon Digital Rebel XTi.  All of these pictures were taken with the kit lens.
